The downstairs area of the bed & breakfast features a large living room (approximately 20' x 30') and a library. For those who demand excellence, the living room is ideal for family gatherings or meetings, with lovely hardwood floors, a large fieldstone fireplace and ocean views. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely wicker furnished sunroom for guests to enjoy their first cup of coffee and the morning newspaper.
