The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it s not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour, and it can get down into the 60s during the winter, so if you want it heated upon your arrival, please keep that in mind and notify us. For long-term stays, $500 of gas and electricity is included, and the renter pays for utilities above $500/month. For short-term stays, the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80 s we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat the pool to the mid-80s. Please keep in mind in mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching the mid-80s, and pool temperature is not guaranteed. However, low to mid 80 s is generally common, even mid-winter.
For stays of 28 nights or longer the utility cap is $500, guest must add an additional $2,000 utility deposit. $500 will be credited, any gas and electricity amount over $500/month will come out of guests utility deposit.

PARKING: Renters and guests must park in the garage, carport or driveway of the property. On-street parking is prohibited at all times.
TRASH: Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers provided for collection.
DOGS: All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.
Failure to comply may result in a citation, fines or removal from the property for the renter or their guests, and the renters are responsible for any fines incured as a result of failure to adhere to the rules.
