How many can stay in a room?
Most standard hotel rooms are designed to accommodate two to four people. These rooms usually have queen beds with matching nightstands and double small dressers for all your belongings.

What is the minimum age to stay?
At least one person staying in the room must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid ID.

Absolutely! We're happy to offer complimentary high-speed WiFi for all of our guests.

Do you offer breakfast?
Currently we provide complimentary Nespresso, coffee, tea, juices, sodas, and pastries along with 24-hour full access to our kitchens. There are several wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner places within a stones throw away from the Inns! Due to continual improvements to the Inns our food and beverage license is still pending. We are hoping to have breakfast served in 2025 along with the grand opening of a rooftop bar on Greenleaf Inn.

Do you have heat and air-condition?
Yes we do! Both inns just had brand new Samsung zone cooling and heating systems installed in every unit and the common areas. Now we have the ability to be open all year long! Not mention our wonderful propane stoves in all Admirals Quarters suites and a wonderful wood burning fireplace in the Greenleaf Living room!

What is there to do in the area?
Boothbay Harbor is voted one of the best harbors in Maine to visit with sea front views, live entertainment, GORGEOUS Botanical Garden, Boat Tours, and a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and much more to discover.
