Please note that accessing the unit requires climbing a set of stairs, as it is located on the third floor. This walk-up experience provides a sense of privacy and seclusion. While it may involve a few flights of stairs, the effort is rewarded with a tranquil and private space.
Parking is a breeze with the convenience of a dedicated parking area located directly in the rear of the building. You can easily come and go without any parking concerns or hassles.
Upon entering the building, you will find a common hallway that is shared with three other units. However, once inside your unit, you can enjoy complete privacy and relaxation.
Main Street is known for its lively ambiance, and it s worth noting that evenings can be bustling and vibrant. Enjoy the energy of the street and take advantage of the proximity to a wide array of restaurants, shops, bars, and other entertainment options.
The upstairs bedroom features a king bed and a set of bunk beds. The main level hosts a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer adding to the convenience and ensures a stress-free stay.
Furthermore, nature enthusiasts will be thrilled to discover that the unit is located right on the Katy Trail, offering easy access to scenic walking, jogging, or biking paths.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
