The Villas
Feel right at home in our luxury villas for rent in California with stone and tile floors, granite countertops, stylish cabinetry, and a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances. In the living room, you ll find stellar entertainment centers featuring a large-screen television, complete with a CD/DVD player and surround sound.
Each of our villas in Laguna Beach offers direct waterfront access by simply descending the property s beach staircase. Once there, lounge on our private beach seating or take a dip in Sleepy Hollow Beach s immaculate waters. Most of our accommodations promise captivating ocean views and each incorporates outdoor space, allowing you to appreciate the ocean breeze and the soft sounds of crashing waves from your balcony.

The Majorca Villa
This two-story, two-bedroom, 1 3/4 bath bungalow offers a sweeping view of surf and sand and an oversized jetted bath in the master bathroom. The Majorca is decorated with a modern California-coastal interior and is ideal for couples or families with lots of room to spread out and find serenity.
Two private decks, a private gas barbecue, and central air-conditioning provide guests with the utmost in comfort. Gather in the evenings around the dining table or head down to our property s fire pit and roast marshmallows or take in the scenery.

This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to guests.

Free Continental Breakfast from 7:30am-10am

A $35 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.


Cancellation policy and procedures

Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancelations at least 90 days in advance. Guests are charged 50% 89 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. Guests are charged the remaining 50% balance 59 days to arrival. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival.

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it s important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don t like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn t purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn t purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn t purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I m requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
