SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.
With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent pods. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome that is beautifully furnished. This unit also has a two-car garage, a full-size washer & dryer in the unit and all amenities.
The master bedroom is located on the third floor that features a king size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that will wash away the sand and salt after a hectic day at the beach. It also has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest Room 1 is located on the third floor and features a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds and flat screen TV.
Guest Room 2 is located on the third floor and features 2 twin beds.
Bathroom 2 is located on the third floor and features a tub/shower combo.
1/2 Bath located on the second floor.
This unit comfortably accommodates a group of 8.
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
Add some extra FUN to your vacation by adding a street legal golf cart, Did you know that 100% of Anna Maria Island is accessible with a street legal golf cart? Our carts are provided and operated by SeaBreeze Carts they are street legal and registered vehicles with the State of Florida. They have DOT seat-belts, windshields, and wipers. We only provide the latest 2020 top-of-the-line 6 person street legal gas carts. They are also lifted providing you with better visibility and driving position when compared to the lower cost non-lifted carts. Have fun and make more vacation memories with your family and friends. Have more options to find a spot to park, take your cart shopping, to a restaurant, to the beach, or for some ice cream. You will receive an option to add a golf cart once you have made your reservation.
