Penthouse B, Room 10, is a private king suite on the third level, the top floor of the main house, reached by its own set of stairs.
It opens directly onto a new rooftop deck shared only with Penthouse A, above Commercial Street. Inside are a king bed, a TV and a full private bathroom.
Greenleaf Inn is a small, historic Boothbay Harbor inn at 65 Commercial St, above the harbor in the middle of downtown. Guests share a full kitchen and living room, the rooftop Sky Deck, a fire pit and the gardens. Parking is free on site.
